Project inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including contact details, project preferences, and any uploaded photographs. We use it to review your request, respond, and plan the next steps. Your inquiry is stored on our server and sent to our business inbox.

AI chat and representatives

When you start a chat, we save your messages and the replies on our server. OpenAI processes the conversation to generate AI answers. Please avoid sharing payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information. Chat sessions are kept for up to 30 days after the last message. A session token in your browser’s session storage lets you resume the conversation in the same tab; no account is required.

Opening a project case stores the contact and project details you review and submit under the inquiry retention policy. When you confirm a transfer to a representative, we send the full conversation and those contact details to Scintillax staff through Telegram. Authorized staff can reply from Telegram into your website chat. Copies in staff messaging and project records may be retained separately for follow-up. AI answers and planning estimates require review; final scope, appointments, and prices are confirmed by our team.

Saved inspiration

Your inspiration board is stored in your browser, not in an account. You can remove selections from the board or clear your browser’s site data. Selected item IDs are shared with us when you submit an inquiry.

Photographs and retention

Please upload only photographs you are entitled to share. Uploads are used for project review, not public marketing without separate permission. Unconverted inquiries are retained for up to 12 months and inquiry uploads for up to 90 days. Information needed for an active project may be retained separately as part of the project record.

Site operation

Our hosting server processes standard request information to operate and protect the website. We collect page performance measurements (loading speed, responsiveness, and layout stability), the page path, and a mobile or desktop category for up to 30 days. These measurements do not include contact details, query strings, or a persistent visitor identifier. We do not add advertising pixels. Security logs are separate from your project description and photographs.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 to help us understand visits, service and material interest, saved ideas, inquiry steps, and chat activity. Analytics uses browser cookies to recognize visits and shares usage events and request information with Google. We send catalog identifiers and counts, never your name, email, phone number, inquiry description, photographs, filenames, case reference, or chat messages. Page URLs exclude private query fields. Google advertising signals and personalization are disabled.

You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Analytics stays off when declined or when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We remember your preference on this device for six months. Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months; Google may retain aggregated reports separately. The Google Privacy Policy describes Google's processing. Declining analytics does not affect inquiries, saved inspiration, or chat.

Google Maps

The homepage includes a Google Maps view of our service region. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google and shares request information such as your IP address, browser information, and our website's domain. Google may use cookies or other storage. The Google Privacy Policy applies to how Google handles this information and is incorporated into this notice for your use of Google Maps. Our Terms of use include the terms that apply to the map. The map is loaded lazily to reduce initial page loading. Our community links remain available alongside it.
