Start with your community.
Palm Beach County coverage includes the communities below and unincorporated county locations. Choose a city below to start a project inquiry. If your community is not listed, include its name or ZIP code in your message.
Choose the cabinet layout before final stone dimensions.
Appliance specifications, drawer use, island seating and sink placement influence the cabinet plan and the countertop. Bring a sketch that distinguishes the layout you want from the layout you have. Review the actual cabinet finish with the stone sample and the proposed lighting so each selection supports the room as a whole.
Review the transition to the outdoor space.
For a home in Wellington, Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens, show how the kitchen meets the patio, lanai or garden. Interior cabinetry and exterior cabinetry may need different specifications. Describe cover, sunlight and moisture for outdoor counters or lighting, and include the surrounding surfaces when discussing concrete or masonry work.
West Palm Beach: condominium and interior coordination
Identify the building, the existing room layout and any management requirements. Discuss delivery access before finalizing large stone pieces or tall cabinet components.
Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach: kitchen and bath finishes
Bring stone and cabinet references together with photographs of the existing floors, shower glass and nearby finishes. A consistent palette can guide several rooms while allowing each room to work differently.
Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington and Jupiter: the full property
List interior and outdoor work separately. Clarify community approvals, access gates and the areas occupied during the project so scope and sequencing can be discussed.
Confirm the property jurisdiction.
Palm Beach County’s Building Division publishes jurisdiction guidance, permit forms and project requirements. Confirm whether the property is in a municipality or unincorporated county before deciding which office to consult; the mailing city alone is not the full project context.
Palm Beach County Building Division FAQs provides the official starting point. Requirements depend on the proposed scope and property. Confirm the applicable process before work begins.
Bring a clear brief to the conversation.
List the rooms or exterior areas involved, the materials you are considering and what will remain. Share photographs of both the detail and the surrounding space. Final measurements, actual samples, required trade responsibilities, access and travel are reviewed before scope, pricing and installation timing are confirmed.
