Good design begins
with a conversation.
Daniel’s fictional background draws on Colombian American life in Southwest Florida and an interest in the way a space changes after sunset. His character sees lighting as a way to reveal architecture, rather than simply make a room brighter.
His design and project sales persona explains the purpose of each layer of light, then connects the idea to mounting space, glare, controls and maintenance access. He likes a concealed accent that gives stone or wood depth while keeping the light source out of view.
