Plan the light around the space.

Cabinet lighting can make a worktop more useful while giving the whole room a softer evening setting. We plan under-cabinet task lights, inside-cabinet display lights, open shelves, toe-kicks, and floating vanities around the cabinetry and the finishes you have selected.

Light the surface, comfortably.

Placement matters as much as brightness. A light near the wrong edge can reflect sharply in a polished countertop or leave a shadow where you work. We review the cabinet depth, backsplash, counter finish, and normal viewing positions before discussing a concealed channel or fixture.

Connect the kitchen and the display details.

Under-cabinet lighting, open shelves, and glass-front cabinets serve different purposes. Task light should help with preparation; display lighting can reveal objects without dominating the room. Separate control zones and compatible dimming can let these layers work independently.

Plan access before closing the cabinetry.

Tell us whether the cabinets are existing or still being made. Cable routes, driver locations, mounting space, and service access are coordinated before finishes are closed. Electrical connections and any required licensed-trade work are defined for your project before installation is scheduled.

Start with photographs and cabinet dimensions.

A wide photograph and a close view of the underside of the cabinets help explain the available space. Bring your countertop and backsplash selections if they are already chosen, plus the locations you would like to control together.

Bring the details together.

Your next step.

Share your location, photographs, and the ideas you are considering. We will review the project and discuss a consultation. Final scope, materials, and pricing follow a review of the actual space.
