A utility room with a clear sequence
This Bonita Springs study imagines laundry moving from a hamper to the machines, then onto a folding surface. Sage cabinetry brings those tasks together, with closed linen drawers and a separate utility sink.
The proposal leaves an open lower niche for the hamper. That small decision keeps the basket from becoming an obstacle in the route through the room.
Give each appliance a usable opening
The counter above the front-loading machines creates a folding area, but its final position would follow the equipment specifications. Door operation, connections and future removal need to remain possible. The illustration shows the relationship, not approved appliance clearances.
The sink is placed in a separate cabinet so wet work can happen alongside the folding space. Existing plumbing and the actual utility wall would establish whether that arrangement is practical.
Keep clean linen near the counter
The drawer detail gives folded pieces somewhere to go before they return to a bedroom or bathroom. Deeper storage handles towels, while the upper cupboards can take less frequently used supplies. Cabinet interiors would be sized from the household’s own baskets and linens.
